How do I order a test?

Browse our menu of tests, select the panel that matches your health goals, and complete your order online. You'll receive a confirmation email with your lab requisition and instructions for the next steps.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

No. When you order a test, a physician's requisition is provided as part of your order, so you don't need to visit your own doctor first.

Testing Process

Where can I get my blood drawn?

You can visit any of more than 2,000 certified lab locations across the United States. When you complete your order, you'll be able to search for convenient locations near you.

Do I need to make an appointment at the lab?

You can walk in anytime during normal business hours or schedule an appointment if you prefer.

What should I bring to the lab?

A valid photo ID.

How should I prepare for my test?

When you complete your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that will let you know if fasting or other preparation is needed for your specific panel.

Results & Follow-Up

How long will it take to get my results?

Most test results are available in 1-3 business days. Some specialized panels may take up to 7-10 days. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready to view.

How do I access my results?

Log into your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal where your results will be available to view, download, and print anytime.
